• By scheduling an appointment you agree to a non-refundable $150 deposit.  
• First time appointments must be rescheduled 72 hours in advance. All touch up appointments 48 hours in advance.
• All last minute cancellations and no shows will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions. 
• There are absolutely no refunds for any services completed.
